Suzi Fuller

Physical activity has always been a big part of Suzi's life, and a place that feels like home. With a background in ballet and tumbling, yoga seemed like a natural fit. Suzi took her first yoga class in 2002, a fast paced Vinyasa flow. Over the next 5 years she practiced intermittently while working as a 1st Grade teacher in Highland Park ISD. Suzi practiced several different styles of yoga during this time, and beyond as she entered the world of motherhood, but found her passion in 2015 after taking Gina Dunn's dynamic Rockin 2/3 class. Gina's inspirational teaching and style of yoga resonated deeply with her. After practicing regularly at We Yogis, Suzi decided to combine two great loves: Yoga and Teaching. In 2016, Suzi earned her 200-hour teaching certification under the guidance of Gina Dunn, Nicolle Callahan, and Cheryl Oliver in the We Yogis Authentic Yoga Teacher Training program. She believes that yoga provides many physical benefits, and with a regular practice, the roots established reach much deeper, improving emotional/mental health and the spiritual connection that lies the heart of each practitioner. Suzi currently teaches Rockin Yogis 1/2 and 2/3. Her classes are fun, creative, Ashtanga-based Vinyasa Flows, that link movement to breath, and are set to energizing, current music that will carry students though class and leave them with lightness of heart and calmness of mind.

  • We Flow
  • Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)
