Nicolle Callahan

Nicolle’s passion for wellness dates back over 10 years when she began her career as a personal trainer. After moving from Canada to Dallas, Nicolle stumbled upon yoga while hunting for lululemon athletica clothing. (As life would have it, she is now an Ambassador for lululemon and shares their vision to elevate community and inspire others.) Her first yoga experience was at YogaPower with the infamous Stephanie Young and that class forever changed her life. She vowed that day “to figure this thing called yoga out.” Surprised at the challenge that yoga had to offer and drawn the new ability to focus her mind, she continues to teach from that place of self discovery and empowerment. Her classes could be described as an upbeat rigorous vinyasa flow that focuses on alignment, brings awareness to the breath and leaves you feeling invigorated and inspired.
Nicolle is Baron Baptiste Trained as an Associate Teacher where she holds a 200hr level two certification and working toward Level 3 in the near future.



Nicolle Callahan instructs the following:
  • Rockin Yogis
  • Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)

  • We Flow
  • Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)

  • Thanksgiving Turkey Detox with Nicolle and Ashlie
  • End your long weekend of gratitude and good eats with a 90-minute yoga flow and detox class. This class is designed to burn off the turkey, leaving you rinsed and grounded for the holidays! We'll move to get clear physically, mentally and enjoy a longer, deeper savasana. As always, we'll bring hip hop beats. Sign up--only 36 spots available.
