The Balance of Anatomy in Yoga: Shoulders


This class is taught by:
Our shoulders provide us so much wonderful mobility, however on the flip side there is an inherent instability. Through this workshop you will gain a deeper understanding of the biomechanics and structure of the shoulder as well as the surrounding muscles that support the joints. In application of this knowledge we will look at the important things we should pay attention too in the yoga practice, including weight bearing postures, in order to find balance between strength, flexibility and stability.
