Jenni Mueller

Jenni Mueller completed her 300hr YTT in 2014. She has dedicated her life to helping others live healthy, happy and conscious lives. After leaving the corporate world in 2014 she attended Le Cordon Bleu culinary school and now works as a special diet's chef.

Shirley Ho

Shirley’s yoga journey started 3 years ago when her friend / teacher encouraged her to try out a new yoga studio with friendly staff and, most importantly, childcare. She initially fell in love with the practice because the classes were fun, energetic and interesting. This faster paced, vinyasa flow was not the kind of yoga she had experienced previously. Then as Shirley practiced more, she began to realize all the other intrinsic benefits of yoga - the strength and flexibility of the mind and body during the practice, the calmness that manifests afterwards.

Shirley initially pursued teacher training as a means to learn more about yoga. After receiving her 200 hour yoga teacher training from Cheryl Oliver (Sanskrit scholar of Scottsdale, AZ and the Asana Dealers (Gina Marie Dunn and Nicolle Callahan, Dallas, TX), she is excited to share her practice and inspire others in their yoga journey.

Natalie Golden

Natalie began her yoga practice in 2001 and has explored many different yoga disciplines over the last 14 years. The mind, body, spirit connection – so unique to the discipline of yoga – is what drew Natalie to the practice initially; what keeps her coming back to the mat is the richness of yogic philosophy and history, as well as an interest in Sanskrit and meditation. Natalie completed her 200 hour teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver in June 2014 and began teaching at We Yogis shortly thereafter. In her teaching Natalie focuses on the importance of the breath, alignment principles, and building a strong, comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in order to maintain a sustainable life-long yoga practice. Natalie is RYT-200 certified through Yoga Alliance.

Kaleigh Walker

Kaleigh Walker's background in and love for dance led her to try her first yoga class in 2006. She quickly realized the profound physical and mental benefits that could be achieved with a regular practice and became hooked! Since then, she's immersed herself in studying and practicing the fundamentals of yogic philosophy, completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification at YogaHop in Santa Monica, CA in 2008 and Corepower Yoga in Los Angeles, CA in 2011. Kaleigh blends a mixture of basic yogic fundamentals with creative sequencing and uplifting music to motivate her students to further deepen and develop their own individual practice. Expect to challenge your strength and balance, develop a deeper mental clarity and experience a new found sense of achievement and purpose each time you come to Kaleigh's class. In addition to teaching yoga, Kaleigh is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and a Lululemon Ambassador. After nearly 10 years in Los Angeles, Kaleigh has relocated to Dallas to share her passion for all things healthy! Georgette Dunn

Georgette Dunn Shropshire often jokes; that her bubbly personality ironically led her to leave her first yoga class before it really started! She wasn’t ready to witness the real power one gains when they slow down and listen; but that inner voice became loud and clear and she returned to yoga in 2005 and it felt like a home coming party! Like many yoga practitioners; she felt a sense of joy and peace that she never gained through any other form of fitness and she was hooked – line & sinker. In an effort to stop waiting for the “perfect” time and to go ahead and stop day dreaming; she happily enrolled and completed her 200HR power yoga teacher training in 2001. Georgette’s style of teaching comes from a place of joy, strength and freedom to be completely yourself! From the moment you enter her class, she hopes to remind you that you are phenomenally made and able to take your practice to any place you dare to go!

Todd Boergermann

Todd migrated to Dallas in 2002 working in corporate America. He heard that yoga could heal people from the inside out and was sold after his first sweaty class. Todd completed his 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 and has been changing lives ever since. Todd challenges his students to honor their bodies, but to not be afraid to push past discomfort.

Whitney Wilbur

I began my yoga journey in 2000, shortly after our first son (Pax) was born. After several years in California training in Reformer-based Pilates, my husband Eric and I moved back to Dallas, where I began a regular practice at Bikram Yoga on Mockingbird and with an incredible Baron Baptiste trained yogini, Glenda Wolchuk-Twining with whom I was practicing when our youngest son (Miles) was born. When Exhale Spa opened in 2006, I began Core Fusion classes and also became a yoga student of Sabra Hanson, Susie Caicedo Elizabeth Welp and Julie Boyd, with whom I completed my Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Spring of 2012, along with Cheryl Hall-Oliver. At 40 years of age, I recently added running to the mix and have found that yoga remains the key to my peak mind-body performance, not only providing strength, balance, and flexibility, but also introspection, focus and peace of mind on and off the Mat! Namaste!

Courtney Bartolomei

Courtney began her yoga journey in 2011, after finishing school and looking for something to transition to after collegiate track and field. In 2012, she completed her 200 hour RYT certified through yoga alliance, and has been teaching ever since. Courtney's classes are a mix of challenging vinyasa flows that integrate breath work and being fully present in all that you do. Expecting her first child in November of 2016, she hopes to empower students to step onto the mat from anywhere at anytime in their life. Yoga is for everyone, and any body.
Practice in this open-level vinyasa flow with optional inversions set to upbeat, current music. This rockin class turns up the heat through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop flexibility, balance, strength, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences with modifications offered throughout the class if you are newer to the practice or simply want to take it down a notch. Be ready to sweat as you link your breath to the flow. This Rockin flow is appropriate for all who are physically fit; Previous yoga experience recommended. (65 min; Intensity Level 1/2, Room is Heated)
