We Flow

This class is taught by:

Clair Tompkins

Clair began her yoga practice in 2002 and explored several different types of yoga before landing on the vinyasa style. For several years was a student of Susie Cacido's. This is where she really fell in love with the practice. She has always been an athlete and yoga was the perfect balance to her other training. She was certified in her 200 hour teaching training through Nicolle Callahan and Cheryl Oliver at We Yogis in 2017. She pairs her athletic style of teaching with music that is fresh and energizing. Her goal in teaching is for the body to open the minds of her students through movement and breath. Pairing creative sequencing and dynamic transitions, her classes are both challenging and invigorating. Clair lives in Lakewood with her husband and two children.

Shelley Beeson

I began my yoga journey after I had my second child. I fell in love with the practice immediately. It challenged me and brought me peace & patience when I needed it most. I practice a vigorous vinyasa flow that is Ashtanga based. I love my precious 2 boys, yoga and music. I completed my 200 hour Ashtanga & Vinyasa training with the amazing Julie Boyd & Sanskrit scholar Cheryl Oliver of Scottsdale, Arizona. I am registered as a certified teach with the National Yoga Alliance. My yoga practice has strengthened my mind, body and soul.

Tricia Touchstone

I’ve taken many paths to reach my current destination in my yoga practice.
I found yoga in 2001 at Dallas Bikram while in search for a workout that I could incorporate as a new mother. While Bikram was invigorating, I discovered Sunstone yoga during my second pregnancy and found it to be a better fit. After the birth of my third daughter, I was introduced to vinyasa style yoga by my best friend, Brooke Shelby. I fell in love with the creative flow.
My yoga experience grew deeper when I joined Yoga Karma Warriors and taught yoga at Nexus Recovery Center specializing in rehabilitation for substance abuse for women and adolescences. I saw firsthand how yoga helped build confidence in these women and allowed them to connect to their mind, body, and spirit. My experience at Nexus peaked my interest in wanting to learn more about the benefits of yoga and how I could teach it to others.
In 2012 I received my 200 hour teacher training certificate under the guidance of Susie Caceido. My yoga practice is such an important part of my life and keeps me centered mentally, physically and spiritually. Teaching yoga is one of my greatest blessings and I love sharing the fruits of the practice with my family, friends and students.

Rachael Fallon

I discovered yoga in 2010 while looking for creative ways to stay fit at a local gym. I was intrigued and enjoyed the classes, but my life took off in a different direction and I stepped away from it for awhile. When I came back to it in 2013, I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of community. I felt like I was home. The openness and availability I experienced was inspiring. I decided that I needed more and I wanted to share my love of the practice with others.
In July 2016, I received my RYT-200 from We Yogis. During my training, I gained the knowledge and confidence to open my mind, body, and spirit farther than I ever thought possible. I gained incredible mentors and friends that challenged and inspired me to be a strong practitioner. The drive to share my passion with others was undeniable.
In my classes, I strive to provide an atmosphere where everyone, no matter their abilities or level of experience, can feel welcomed. I strive to create the sense of community that I first felt when I started practicing yoga several years ago. I believe that through breath and body/mind communication, we can create unity. My hope is that everyone can walk away feeling relieved and refreshed, ready to be inspired by the world and the potential that lies within us all.

Molly Sorg

Molly was introduced to yoga in 2009 by a friend and fellow runner. What started as a cross-training activity quickly turned into a passion and, in less than a year, Molly dropped the running but kept the yoga. Yoga offered something different - it both energized and calmed the mind, and the dynamic flow was never dull. Inspired by the changes yoga brought to her life - both physical and spiritual - Molly pursued her 200-hour yoga alliance certification under the guidance of Susie Caicedo with Organic Soul. She teaches a fast-paced vinyasa flow designed to bring out your playful side. Meet her on the mat and be prepared to laugh, smile, and reconnect to your intentions.

Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
