Bret McKinney

A good friend and Yogi brought me to WeYogis some years ago to Rockin Yogis class on a sunday afternoon.....I had been practicing yoga at the gym I belonged to and was really starting to get into it. I had never experienced anything like what WeYogis had to offer. the experience was unbelievable, the music, the sweat, practitioners, the flow,...all so amazing! I eventually joined and started practicing every single day. I couldn't believe all of the positive changes that the practice brought me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I felt like a better human all around. I begin to desire to teach watching those around me become teachers and grow their practice so I sucked it up and took the dive and did my YTT 200 Hr at WeYogis and I have never looked back. Teaching and Practicing at these studios gives me great joy and I continue to grow each and every day.

Rachael Fallon

I discovered yoga in 2010 while looking for creative ways to stay fit at a local gym. I was intrigued and enjoyed the classes, but my life took off in a different direction and I stepped away from it for awhile. When I came back to it in 2013, I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of community. I felt like I was home. The openness and availability I experienced was inspiring. I decided that I needed more and I wanted to share my love of the practice with others.
In July 2016, I received my RYT-200 from We Yogis. During my training, I gained the knowledge and confidence to open my mind, body, and spirit farther than I ever thought possible. I gained incredible mentors and friends that challenged and inspired me to be a strong practitioner. The drive to share my passion with others was undeniable.
In my classes, I strive to provide an atmosphere where everyone, no matter their abilities or level of experience, can feel welcomed. I strive to create the sense of community that I first felt when I started practicing yoga several years ago. I believe that through breath and body/mind communication, we can create unity. My hope is that everyone can walk away feeling relieved and refreshed, ready to be inspired by the world and the potential that lies within us all.

Sarah Suddreth

Sarah trained under Cheryl Oliver and Nicolle Callahan in 2017 through We Yogis 200hr YTT program. She first turned to yoga to compliment her running schedule and fell in love with the practice. Sarah loves truly being a student of the practice and it's ability to constantly change and evolve with time. When teaching she emphasizes the physical practice; challenging both body and mind. Her classes are fun, not so serious and always to a killer playlist. She is a North Carolina native and moved to Dallas in 2011. When off her mat you'll find her leading a sales team at a software company, Call Box, spending time with her golden retriever or cheering on the Tar Heels!

Jessie Haims

Movement has always been a major part of my life beginning with ballroom dancing as a teen. In 2011, my ballroom dance partner and I won both the world and national titles in our division. Shortly after I retired from dancing, but my love of movement continued into my next career as a yoga instructor. My background is rooted in anatomy and biomechanics and my goal as a teacher is to empower my students through this knowledge so they can live without pain. In class you can expect to find fun, flow, and fundamentals of human movement. I hope each student walks away learning something new about their bodies each time, and armed with the knowledge to make intelligent decisions about their movement both on and off the mat!

Natalie Golden

Natalie began her yoga practice in 2001 and has explored many different yoga disciplines over the last 14 years. The mind, body, spirit connection – so unique to the discipline of yoga – is what drew Natalie to the practice initially; what keeps her coming back to the mat is the richness of yogic philosophy and history, as well as an interest in Sanskrit and meditation. Natalie completed her 200 hour teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver in June 2014 and began teaching at We Yogis shortly thereafter. In her teaching Natalie focuses on the importance of the breath, alignment principles, and building a strong, comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow in order to maintain a sustainable life-long yoga practice. Natalie is RYT-200 certified through Yoga Alliance.

Georgette Dunn

Georgette Dunn Shropshire often jokes; that her bubbly personality ironically led her to leave her first yoga class before it really started! She wasn’t ready to witness the real power one gains when they slow down and listen; but that inner voice became loud and clear and she returned to yoga in 2005 and it felt like a home coming party! Like many yoga practitioners; she felt a sense of joy and peace that she never gained through any other form of fitness and she was hooked – line & sinker. In an effort to stop waiting for the “perfect” time and to go ahead and stop day dreaming; she happily enrolled and completed her 200HR power yoga teacher training in 2001. Georgette’s style of teaching comes from a place of joy, strength and freedom to be completely yourself! From the moment you enter her class, she hopes to remind you that you are phenomenally made and able to take your practice to any place you dare to go!

Jennifer Ostman

Hi, I'm Jennifer! As both a Yoga Teacher and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I believe that reaching optimal health is a journey of bioindivuality: we are each unique. Your yoga practice shouldn't look exactly like someone else's. The diet that works best for you, may not be the one that works best for your friend. I have found that practicing yoga is one of the very best ways to cultivate the self-awareness that leads you on this journey to optimal health.

I completed my first Teacher Training program in 2009 at Gaia Flow Yoga in Addison, TX. I taught power flow at a variety of studios for 3 years and then found my way to American Power Yoga in Dallas, where I completed a second Teacher Training program in 2012. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned from my training is that yoga truly should be for everyone. So when I teach, I try to avoid saying the names of the poses. Why would that matter? Well, how are you supposed to know what to do when your teacher says "move into Warrior 2" if you've never been to a yoga classes before? What the heck is Warrior 2? I like to tell you where your right foot goes, where your left hand goes, and most importantly, don't forget to breathe and not take yourself so seriously.

Erica White

Erica’s journey to the mat started in the ballet studio. After dancing classical ballet for 19 years and teaching for 7, she found her love for yoga after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2008 as a way to continue the movement but also relax the mind. When she was expecting her first child in 2014, her doctor recommended she take prenatal yoga classes in place of her regular practice. She instantly fell in
love with not only the way it made her feel and how it helped during labor, but the sense of community with other new moms. Shortly after with baby number two, Erica felt compelled to bring her teachings and experience to her local community by getting her 200 HR Yoga and 85 HR Prenatal Specialty Yoga Certification and has been sharing her practice with new moms and their children ever since
Integrate breath, movement, alignment, strength and flexibility for a true Vinyasa experience. This uplifting and energizing class is suitable for beginners and challenging for practicing yogis. Class is practiced in a warm room (83-85 degrees) with no added humidity. (1 hour)
