Tween Yogis (ages 8-12)


This class is taught by:
Learn the practice of mindfulness as you grow into the tween years. This wonderful 8-week series will introduce and workshop various poses as well as encourage kids to connect with each other, learn the power of breath and movement, sharpening focus, allowing them to learn to let go and relax. (1 hour)
