Susie Caicedo

My classes are a blend of Ashtanga and Hatha styles that allows the spirit to play, the mind to calm and the body to become a temple. My intention is to create acknowledgement without judgment; encouragement and constant development and growth. I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and leading Yoga Teacher Training Programs since 2010. Yoga provides me with inspiration and excitement for life; I translate this inspiration and zest thru challenging, creative classes along with fun music that helps to bring out the fearless warrior in you and opens the door to discover your inner beauty and grace.

Maggie Niemiec

After attending her first power vinyasa flow class, Maggie was hooked on yoga's invigorating energy and felt compelled to share this with others through her teaching. Within less than a year from her first yoga class she received her 200 hour teacher certification under Susie Caicedo with Organic Soul. Maggie teaches challenging and empowering classes set to upbeat music with creative flows and fun transitions. These rigorous classes focus on postural alignment and proper breath control while building strength and flexibility. She encourages students to find their edge as they breathe, move and most importantly, have fun!
When not on her mat, you can find Maggie fitting in her cardio by chasing her two young children.

Blair Isom

Blair began her yoga journey over ten years ago in Dallas. She then moved to Lubbock and was introduced to the practice of Iyengar, this is where she feels she truly learned the foundation of the poses. Five years after moving to Lubbock, a Baptiste studio opened and she was able practice other techniques. When she finally moved back to Dallas, she was reconnected with her passion for Vinyasa flow at We Yogis. Blair completed her yoga training under the guidance of Cheryl Oliver, Gina Dunn, and Nicolle Callahan in 2016. Her upbeat music will help empower you through her fun, challenging classes!

Kalene McGraner

Kalene's teaches an exhilarating vinyasa flow full of opportunities to strengthen the body, neutralize the mind and enliven the spirit. She came to yoga after walking past a studio while living in St. Louis where the students were exiting with a serenity and sweat unlike anything she had seen in a gym. After 1 class she was hooked. She was drawn to the non-judgmental environment, the community of yogis and that each time she stepped onto her mat she retreated to a mystical place free from worry and stress that only yoga could take her. Her physical and mental health improved, anxiety dissipated and her overall attitude toward life shifted. Yoga is truly her medicine; making her a better wife, mother and friend. After the practice unfolded what pranayama and vinyasa could do for her mind, body and spirit she felt called to retreat from the fast-paced corporate world and gain her certification so she could share the serenity and harmony the practice has brought to her. Kalene earned her 200-hour Vinyasa Flow certification in November 2014, and is always a student first.

Diana Rodgers

Diana always knew she would want to teach yoga someday after opening We Yogis in 2012. In 2013-2014, she joined We Yogis first teacher training program with Julie Boyd and Cheryl Oliver as their guides. Diana completed her training in 2014, and has been teaching at We ever since. "As my teachers say, it's not yoga perfect, it's a practice." There is no judgement, no comparison, no achievement. Just enjoy the journey of mind, body, and spirit in each one of Diana's classes. Come experience this life changing practice that unites us all.
Faster-paced vinyasa flow yoga with optional inversions to upbeat, hip music. This rockin’ class torches calories through an energetic vinyasa practice where you will develop strength, flexibility, and endurance. You will be challenged by traditional and creative sequences of postures rooted to an enlivening breath. Be ready to sweat! Variations and options will be given to modify or intensify your practice. Previous yoga experience recommended. (Room is heated to 86-88 degrees; 65 min; Intensity Level 2/3.)
