Brooke Conley

Brooke attended her first yoga class in 2001, and the calm she experienced during savasana changed her life forever. She spent the next 16 years living in multiple cities across the country, where she practiced everything from Bikram to Vinyasa. Brooke began a daily meditation practice in 2013 after her son was diagnosed with cancer and she needed a healthy and effective coping mechanism. Once her son was in remission, she continued to find solace in both meditation and yoga.

When her family moved to Dallas in 2016, she fell in love with the WeYogis style and immediately signed up for their teacher training program, where she earned her RYT-200 certification under the amazing guidance of Cheryl Oliver and Nicolle Callahan. Brooke's classes emphasize fundamental yogic principles and proper alignment, while maintaining focus on breath, energy and awareness.

Brooke encourages all of her students to practice mindfulness, non-resistance and self-love on the mat, so that they are more equipped to apply the tenets of yoga to their real-life experiences.

Shelley Beeson

I began my yoga journey after I had my second child. I fell in love with the practice immediately. It challenged me and brought me peace & patience when I needed it most. I practice a vigorous vinyasa flow that is Ashtanga based. I love my precious 2 boys, yoga and music. I completed my 200 hour Ashtanga & Vinyasa training with the amazing Julie Boyd & Sanskrit scholar Cheryl Oliver of Scottsdale, Arizona. I am registered as a certified teach with the National Yoga Alliance. My yoga practice has strengthened my mind, body and soul.

Nicki Bylina

In 2004, at age 18, I graduated from the Asten Center of Natural Therapeutic Massage, opening my eyes to a variety of methods in body work and natural remedies. After practicing massage from 2004 – 2007, I traveled to Thailand to study the ancient technique of Thai Yoga Massage at the prestigious Thai Massage School of Chaing Mai. I immediately fell in love with the Thai culture and practice of Thai Massage as it combines two of my personal favorites, Yoga and massage!

Yoga has been a key foundation in my life since beginning dance as a young girl. I primarily practiced Classical Ballet, but never hesitated to adventure into other forms of dance including Afro-Jazz, Tap and Modern. Yoga was the essential ingredient to create strength, flexibility and balance. After retiring from a dance career of 14-years, I ran full force into the arms of the Yoga world. In 2009 I studied the philosophy and practice of Yoga in Mesa, AZ at 5th Element Yoga, and received my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Registration with Yoga Alliance.

The philosophy of Yoga eventually opened my eyes to the practice of mindful meditation. Breathing and meditation techniques are a daily routine of mine which I believe has created a new level of compassion and joy in my life. I studied under a disciple of Thich Nhat Hanh, a Buddihist Monk and author who teaches mindful meditation. Meditation deepened my belief that health is our birthright. Now I provide a comprehensive application of mindful meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Rachael Fallon

I discovered yoga in 2010 while looking for creative ways to stay fit at a local gym. I was intrigued and enjoyed the classes, but my life took off in a different direction and I stepped away from it for awhile. When I came back to it in 2013, I immediately felt an overwhelming sense of community. I felt like I was home. The openness and availability I experienced was inspiring. I decided that I needed more and I wanted to share my love of the practice with others.
In July 2016, I received my RYT-200 from We Yogis. During my training, I gained the knowledge and confidence to open my mind, body, and spirit farther than I ever thought possible. I gained incredible mentors and friends that challenged and inspired me to be a strong practitioner. The drive to share my passion with others was undeniable.
In my classes, I strive to provide an atmosphere where everyone, no matter their abilities or level of experience, can feel welcomed. I strive to create the sense of community that I first felt when I started practicing yoga several years ago. I believe that through breath and body/mind communication, we can create unity. My hope is that everyone can walk away feeling relieved and refreshed, ready to be inspired by the world and the potential that lies within us all.

Sabra Hanson

I have been a competitive athlete since a very early age, loving the endorphin rush and the thrill of competition. I completed the Iron Man in Lake Placid in 1999, the Galveston Half Iron Man in 2012 and the Iron Man in Louisville, Kentucky also in 2012 and was a competitive swimmer in Canada. After enduring many unresolved injuries throughout my body I turned to yoga. Through yoga I found a new edge and understanding, free from injuries. Peace with strength, flexibility and endurance were what then evolved for me. I tell follow athletes and students to listen to their own bodies and that they hold the master key to their possibilities. Various teachers have influenced me in the practice of yoga including Baron Baptiste and Dave and Cheryl Oliver. Still learning I hope to continue to help others to realize their potential.

Ashley Farzad

 Ashley, no stranger to the fitness world in any capacity, has worked to help others reach their optimal level of health for over 12 years.She started personal training long before she found yoga, saying she learned strong body mechanics through Olympic lifting with barbells and kettlebells.
When relocating from Indianapolis to Texas in 2012 she found Power Yoga and says “it all seemed to come to together.” She strongly believes you must move the body to get to something deeper within yourself and that involves challenging yourself to grow, feel, and be dedicated to something. For her the answer is yoga. Whether its 3x a week or daily, with dedication she believes practice can become a reliable constant offering her students strength and peace at the same time.
With her knowledge of how the body works, mindful mechanics, a steady sweaty flow, you’ll feel like you’re dancing every time you step on your mat.
Ashley is an E-RYT yoga instructor (holding over 2K hours of teaching experience) with a 200 HR Baptiste Certification plus continuing education courses on many topics. She says her favorite thing about yoga is its evolution year by year and how fun it is to get the opportunity to be a beginner over and over again.
You’ll also catch Ashley managing the We Yogis Uptown location.

This yoga experience focuses on deep stretches (Yin tradition) and increasing flexibility. Curious about the benefits of meditation? This class also incorporates mindful guided meditation techniques in a non-intimidating way to release stress, sharpen focus, and enable total relaxation. After incorporating this practice into your yoga routine, you will no doubt see improvements, body and mind. Great for athletes, on-the-go yogis and anyone looking for a quiet, calm space to practice and do a little soul searching.  (1 hour; Intensity Level 1)
